The girl standing on the platform is trying to persuade people to join her in her initiative/project and she's giving out some leaflets; the two girls at the front are obviously ignoring her; the guy in the white sweatshirt is the only paying attention (making notes); I am about to chuck her leaflet while dragging my friend away who is actually quite interested in the project thus showing peer pressure. This shows the difficulty to get people to think in the same way as you do thus the difficulty to get people involved in projects that you want to initiate.
